Post-Pandemic: The Future of ‘Spiritual’

A couple of weeks ago I dusted off my crystal ball and took a shot at predicting the probable changes that will appear on the religious landscape after the pandemic subsides.

A quick summary: the erosion of traditional religious institutions in power, influence, and attendance will accelerate. “Spiritual but not religious” will be the beneficiary. Religious traditions — especially liberal ones…
