circularity, sustainability, social entrepreneurship,
impact, blockchain, artificial intelligence,
hyperloops, growth, profit, universal basic income,
green, carbon negative, off grid, tiny houses,
renewable energy, electric transport, rockets to Mars,
dairy free, vegan knakworst, and the future,

are buzzwords,
does not mean,

they cannot become reality.
