Our culture begins with our mission…

To push boundaries and find answers through collective intelligence

…and our values

Fresh, Open, Present

The greatest innovations, inventions, and ideas in the past 20 years are not the result of one or two great minds, but the collective potential and creativity in every person with the drive to pursue their dreams.

We truly believe in this, and that’s why we built it into the vision of our company. A platform where everyone with the drive can dream, make mistakes, and collaborate to build an exciting future.

Our culture mission statement.

Our cultural mission statement is simple. To give every person in Human Managed the platform to pursue their dreams, push the boundaries, and to reward every person that does in an open and transparent way.

We know that isn’t easy, and that’s why instead of just talking about our culture, we built it into the fabric of our organization… literally.

How do we do this?

Anytime value is created, through creativity, ideas, intelligence, execution, coding, deployment, awareness, on-boarding, it is captured into an immutable record. Once that value is claimed, such as a new customer subscribing to the platform, or an existing customer moving from diagnostic to prognostic analytics, the value is mapped back to the immutable record, providing an open system for fiat rewards, recognition, and even ownership in Human Managed. It’s what we call the creative value matrix.

TL;DR. People that create the most value, claim the most value. Period.

Why do we do this?

We know that this is challenging the status quo:

  • that people should be compensated on their title and their experience, rather than their creativity and their output; and
  • that rewards and compensation should be capped according to Human Resources’ benchmarks, regardless of the value created.

We did this because we believe in disruption from within. We believe that the most innovate businesses are the ones that are willing to disrupt their own technology, business models, and ways of doing business. To embrace constant change.

This disruption can come from any person. It can come from the engineer who has an idea that completely reshapes our DevOps, or the marketer who sees an untapped need beyond our three pillars.

That’s why we built our culture from the ground up and wove it into the fabric of our organization. It’s the only way to create a platform where everyone with the drive can dream, make mistakes, and collaborate to build an exciting future, and to live our values of fresh, open, present.
