Daily Yoga with star yoga instructor, Jacqui Rowley

I never regret doing yoga. I always feel great after I’ve completed a session, but it’s hard to find 90 minutes on a regular basis to make yoga a routine part of my overall physical activity practice. And, 90 minutes is just class time! This doesn’t include the time it takes to get to and from a yoga studio. This left me in a frustrated position. I clearly benefit from it, and the more regular I am with my yoga practice, the more benefit I notice. But, this big time commitment also adds pressure to my life. I worry about making it to class, and I often feel some stress about what I have to give up in order to make 2 hours from my evening (i.e., time with family). On the days I couldn’t fit it in, I would skip doing yoga all together that day. This is why we created Daily Yoga. Benefits from any mode of physical activity practice come from regular dedication to it, and I wanted a flexible way to get more mobility training into my life. We designed Daily Yoga to be short, focused routines that you can do just about anywhere, and everyday. Most of the videos in the library are between 5–10 minutes long making it much easier to find time for it. If I have more than a few minutes, I do a few videos back to back. Alternatively, sometimes I’ll do some in the morning, and then more after work. I still go to class now and again, but when I do, I’m less rusty because Daily Yoga helps keep me in reasonable yoga shape since the training is so accessible.
