Why do I work in the social sector? Why would I do anything else? Stupidly, I do things because I want to, not because they are going to make me a living, the rest I find out on a monthly basis.

I help other people with crazy ideas, help them realise them, then make them fly…I am particularly interested in complex and intractable issues they are trying to address and then support people in moving from reductionist views of a particular issue to creating a space that allows people to understand the interrelated-ness.
