It’s about feeling good. You wake up in the morning and you still work extremely hard, but at least you know you’re making your contribution to improve our lives — to help people.

Even if this contribution is minimal..at least you know that you’re doing something minimal. You can still apply your business skills, technical skills, scientific skills, but you do it with a purpose.

…All innovation should have a social purpose. This is what you see more and more in the sector. I’ve been working in innovation for 6 years. If you look at most new technologies, like wearable technologies, apps, they are all profitable but also have a social purpose.
