I remember meeting the applicants for our Paris programme…. and you might say that Paris is not a million miles away from London either in culture or in geography — but feeling almost a form of relief that talking to the applicants,
and the new Associates, that actually they care about the same things we do, they tick in the same way we do here in the UK, amongst the now several generations of On Purpose Associates and Fellows that we have.

So being able to spread that vibe, because that is based on everyone being human, caring, wanting to have a purpose and being able to spread that vibe as far as possible … and that it’s the right thing to care about that and that it’s the right thing to want to make a difference about that, and that you can be a successful, well-regarded, well-rewarded and recognised leader in a space that is about purpose — and that that is a worthwhile thing to do and probably one of the most exciting and challenging things that you can do in our current age.
