Community
In today’s world, it’s all too easy to feel isolated, especially when dealing with mental health issues. Even months after my ADHD diagnosis, I find it hard to open up about it to most people. Yet, the importance of a supportive community cannot be overstated. Despite my initial reservations about introducing an addictive social media platform to people with ADHD, these subreddits have been invaluable. They constantly remind me how ADHD has influenced my past decisions.
