It’s November! All kinds of 30-Day Challenges come around this time of year, fresh on the heels of the many variations of Inktober art challenges.

Many years ago I was happily involved with the National Novel Writing Month (NaNoWriMo), and it was exhilirating and literally changed my life. The knowledge that I could write 50,000 words in a month gave me a confidence (possibly misplaced, I will allow) that let me continue to write. Three fiction books under a pen name, one nonfiction under my own, seven years of a personal development blog and now over a thousand articles here and elsewhere.

Unfortunately NaNoWriMo has been making some Very Poor Decisions lately, and I will not be participating with that group again. But last year I met the wonderful @JenniferNavarre, who had created the unaffiliated but eponymous “NaPodPoMo”: National Podcast Posting Month.
