Making and planning meals is one ADHD struggle that doesn’t necessarily get easier with medication. So I’ve been thinking a lot recently about what strategies do help, and how we can share them with each other. I’ve decided to create an ADHD cookbook.
In order to get a better idea, I created a survey about ADHD and food. It includes questions about meal planning struggles, food preferences and the strategies that work for you. I plan to use the information I gather to make a resource that will help us all eat better and be less overwhelmed with meal planning! If you have ADHD and struggle to feed yourself, please fill out this survey and share — It only takes a few minutes to complete and you do not need to answer every question. Answer what’s relevant to you!
And to be clear, when I say “eat better” I mean making sure we eat enough food with the nutrients we need to feel good and focus. This is NOT about dieting.
