Breezio’s mission is to help organizations foster a sense of community as a way of increasing growth around one’s brand. We have created an innovative software and provide a cloud-based branded platform that cultivates, measures and increases community engagement. We recognize that the people involved are critical to the success of any new initiative. So we were thrilled when American Chemical Society (ACS) decided to augment their innovative SXSW Trade Show booth with a branded online community using Breezio. Working with ACS was fantastic as they realized that having compelling content around a few themes would attract people both to the booth and online. Each of the themes, sustainable polymer chemistry, shear thickening fluids, cannabis chemistry, and food chemistry, have a short-form documentary videos, three of which were playing at the booth and the fourth is reserved for future preview online in their branded portal. Being one of the largest scientific communities, they are also sponsoring a writing contest around how science has affected your life.

ACS Booth at SXSW 2017

Being an organization that values planned and unplanned opportunities for people to connect and engage, SXSW proved to be just like what we aim to provide for our customers. I found that as important as the planned events at the American Chemical Society booth, were the unplanned serendipitous ones that occurred at networking events. It was an opportunity to be at the leading edge with forward-thinking individuals and companies looking for innovators. Each and every conversation provided either an insight on how to improve our product, how to think about our messaging, how to plan for success, or in general the future of technology.

We will be presenting at Collision in New Orleans May 2–3 and can be found at @brzio on Twitter.
