The co-ownership feature allows organizations to collaborate on key priority objectives with multiple owners with equal ownership. When both the owners are supposed to own and work towards the outcomes, it is good to tag multiple stakeholders and not just a single owner as accountable. If an objective can be assigned to a single owner, it should always be the first option.

(2) Set a limit on the objective for each user 🎯

huminos platform allows the ability to configure a number of objectives for each user. Setting this limit on objectives, make the user think about their top priorities for the quarter to stay focused and productive. Admin can set this limit from the OKR controls tab on the setting menu.
