Identified customer needs are gold. They become the basis for new ideas about new products, services, or features. Your ideas are only as good as the needs that support them. So in this way your confidence in your ideas can strengthed or weaken over time depending on the customer needs that support them.

Ensure that you continue to gather quotes from your customers to track their needs, because they change over time. You can also use surveys to test the scale of need, or focus groups to check how normalised they are. In this way, you create a way to build confidence in what you create.
