Be a chef, not a cook

Big words from some dude’s blog. But it’s more than just about food, or cooking, it’s about life.

Being a chef means a few things. First you have some level of mastery, of the skill set needed to execute things. But it means a little more, it means being adaptable in the use of those skills. It means having a good relationship with your knife. Knowing how to slice, shred, chop, filet, etc. And the good news here, it’s easy…

My honest take on my experiences in cooking, eating, experiencing food, family and travel. I hope you find this useful, amusing, informative and maybe, just maybe make a connection.
