It all started in Caracas, Venezuela’s baseball fields as Juan’s personal desire to serve the best quality product with 100% fresh meat and the best ingredients right into a 1/2 pound Burger. Juan Carlos developed the meat, bread, sauces and equipment, to create an impact during the baseball season. He also focused on special sauces that did the magic — caper, curry, bbq, honey mustard, sweet relish. As the lines grew longer in the Stadium, Juan decided to undertake his own dream of taking through the Hamburger world. And he did. Juanchis Burger was a big a success in Venezuela.”
