Bacon Cheddar Jalapeño Cornbread

In the midst of fangating™ season and with Thanksgiving a week and a half away, cornbread just seems like such a useful dish to have in your game day arsenal.

I set up a camera in my kitchen and put together a quick, easy-to-follow video of how to make my super yummy and highly addictive Bacon Cheddar Jalapeño Cornbread. Some quick notes: Use the instructions on the back of the Jiffy carton to help you. And in lieu of milk, use a can of sweet corn with the liquid. It makes the cornbread so much better (and less dry). Enjoy!

Here’s a thought…let this cornbread cool, mash it up and then use it for your Thanksgiving stuffing! It’s sure to please. ;)
