Coming Up: March & Irish Madness

Selection Sunday is coming up, kicking off the NCAA tournament. It also happens to fall the day before St. Patty’s Day, everyone’s favorite Irish…ahem…drinking…holiday. Not bad timing if you ask me.

In honor of the this beautiful confluence of events, I will be on WLNY/CBS NY’s The Couch again cooking up fun spins on Irish food that also works as great sportsfood! Stay tuned. I’ll be tinkering in the kitchen this weekend perfecting my recipes, which I will post next week before I go on! And for those of you out of the New York/Tri-State area, I’ll be posting the clip after it airs.
