Recipe by of Addie’s Confetti Kitchen

1 head of iceberg lettuce
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
2/3 cup buttermilk
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
8 oz Gorgonzola crumbles
1 package of applewood smoked bacon
1 red bell pepper, finely diced
1 cup balsamic vinegar
¼ cup soy sauce
¼ cup onion, finely diced
5 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tsp sugar
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
½ cup extra virgin olive oil
½ cup canola oil

Directions

1. Combine mayonnaise, sour cream buttermilk, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder and pepper in blender!

2. Lay bacon slices out on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or so, depending on how crispy you like it. Once cool, dice bacon.

3. Slice iceberg wedge into small wedges. Drizzle dressing on top. Place blue cheese crumbles, bacon slices and red pepper on top.
