I have recently gotten very much into bourbon and keep a bottle of Maker’s Mark at home. In thinking about what I could make with it, I grabbed a bottle of delicious and refreshing Watermelon Fresca, by Juicera and whipped up the next in our Thirsty Thursday Series — a Pink Derby!
Very simply, a Pink Derby is bourbon, Watermelon Fresca and a watermelon and/or lemon cube to garnish. For extra sweetness, add some honey.
