BBQ Cauliflower Nuggets

1 head of cauliflower
1 cup milk (of your choice)
1 cup flour
1 tablespoon Hungry Fan® Barbecue Spice Blend
Hungry Fan™ Barbecue Sauce (instructions on back of Hungry Fan® Barbecue Spice Blend)
Ranch dressing (for dipping) or other dipping sauce of choice

Preheat your oven to 450° F.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Wash and separate cauliflower into small to medium sized pieces.

In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the milk, flour, Hungry Fan® Barbecue Spice Blend, mixing thoroughly.

Dredge each piece of cauliflower in the flour mixture before placing it on the baking sheet. Bake for 18 minutes or until golden brown. Remove the cauliflower from the oven without turning off the oven.

Smother the cauliflower in the Hungry Fan™ Barbecue Sauce and return the pieces to the baking sheet and then the oven, baking for an additional 5 minutes.

Remove the cauliflower from the oven and plate alongside a dipping sauce of your choice. Serve!
