This Queen project was tons of fun! I was fortunate to have a group that I worked well with. We were all on the same page stylistically, and I think it shows in the finished product.

In the book I helped build the original style guide for the project and I built several of the static seemless backgrounds.

I really love how thes pages turned out! Also being able to find the Queen font for the bios was such an awesome element to add.

I ran into a few problems with exporting these pages and that cool Queen font

When I exported the pages out of indesign the font turned into abunch of garbage and I have no idea why. The work around I ended up using was exporting the pages as jpegs to avoid the PDF change up weirdness. I also made a long panorama of the crowd from the LiveAid concert that we used as another long scroll background.

I really loved the peices of this project that I was able to work on. Although I do feel a little odd that all of my peices are static. Looking back I would change the text on my slides to scroll to add another bit of interactivity.
