As a photographer I was proud that I was able to catch the brief wintertime sunlight… 

…just as it was shining into the troughs formed by the adjacencies of the yellow concrete barricades.

The orange traffic cone was put there by workmen, but the rest of the stuff between the barricades is windblown street litter that has gotten trapped. The barricades and the unhitched trailers are arranged somewhat similarly I thought.

Look close, there are icicle lights on the brown garages building back there.
