May is mental health month. However, should be discussed daily. If you are depressed, anxious, feel hopeless please get help. Even, if you have before, it’s ok to ask again. Tell your loved ones. Sometimes, they may think you’re doing great and missing all the signs or maybe there’s none that even are aware of. You are special and you deserve happiness and life. Your family deserves that with you. If you can’t wait by calling the suicide hotline, go straight to the ER. By way of ambulance if you don’t have a ride. They have to take you. I’m leaving the suicide number below. I have experienced this with my dad and found him in our home that he broke into and tried to kill himself. I’ve also been there and have other family members, as well. You are not alone. My Dr told me 80 percent of his patients are on meds for mental health and in therapy. You can be happy again even after trauma or trials and tribulations. I’m testament to that. The number is below. Please don’t suffer alone any longer.
