Contact Discovery: Leads for the job search

For the past year I’ve heard stories of savvy job seekers hacking up lead sourcing processes in order to find the right contacts to send their resume to. For them, a personalized email to the right person has resulted in higher success rates.

As part of our Premium offering we’re making this process a lot easier with Directory, a simple way to discover contacts from your dream companies. After adding a job to your board, click on the Directory tab on the left, search contacts by role and select the ones that interest you. This is what it looks like:
