About WAVE 4

WAVE 4 is a platform dedicated to the fourth feminist wave. We want to promote womxn’s voices and contribute to a new, inclusive feminism. Everyone is welcome to publish (f/m/x), but we don’t accept hate or intolerance.

What we like

On WAVE 4 you can publish stories about all topics related to activism/equality/feminism/gender/culture/society/health/fiction/relationships. We explicitly welcome male writers as well, as we believe that the fourth feminist wave should be inclusive, accepting, and intersectional and have allies from all backgrounds and genders.

We also welcome all types of genres, from critical cultural analysis essays to poems, personal stories and opinions (after all, the personal is political). And we welcome humor, of course. :)

And, most importantly, we don’t want to be an echo chamber: we also welcome stories that criticize popular feminist ideas or that offer a new, nuanced perspective on traditional views.
