Amherst College Breaks Giving Record!
Here at Hustle, we love celebrating our clients’ successes. This week we are honored to congratulate Amherst College’s Annual Giving office in reaching a huge milestone.
“As of June 30, because of the generosity of 11,326 donors, the Annual Fund crossed the $10.7 million mark, setting a new dollar record at Amherst.” -Amherst College President Biddy Martin
For the first time since fiscal year 2011, Amherst saw an increase in dollars raised and growth in alumni participation numbers! Perhaps most significantly, Amherst grew their next generation donor pipeline and used Hustle to engage their ten youngest alumni classes. The participation rate of this group of the ten youngest alumni classes increased by five percent on average.
Casey Accardi, Associate Director of the Annual Fund at Amherst College used Hustle to build relationships with young alumni by reaching them on their mobile phones with personalized, one-to-one text messaging.
