Enrich Your Contact Data with Hustle’s New Salesforce Integration

When you’re using Hustle to have valuable conversations with your audience, we know that keeping data and contact info synced with your system of record can be crucial to your team’s workflow. And many organizations use a CRM as their “source of truth” when it comes to information about contacts.

So today we’re excited to announce that Hustle’s Salesforce integration is now available on the Salesforce AppExchange as a managed package available to all Hustle clients.

Automatically sync contact data between Salesforce and Hustle

The new integration allows you to easily import and automatically sync leads, contacts, or person account objects from Salesforce campaigns or reports to message via Hustle. This makes it easier than ever to use Hustle to reach your audience and have personal, human conversations.

Sync Hustle messages to Salesforce

Once you’ve connected your Salesforce instance to Hustle and have imported contacts, messages sent via Hustle are automatically synced back to Salesforce and shown as Tasks on the Contact’s profile. This allows team members working in Salesforce to see conversation history for a better understanding of that contact’s status.

Enrich your contact database with highly configurable data

The power of Hustle lies in the fact that you can have real, human to human conversations. Learn more about their situation, preferences, or availability through the medium people prefer. The valuable information you collect can be passed back to Salesforce for richer knowledge of your contacts.

The integration also records opt-outs in Hustle and sends them to Salesforce to be stored on the contact’s profile, so you have an accurate view of who you shouldn’t be contacting.

If you’re using Hustle to talk to sales leads, you can mark which leads warrant a follow-up call, which leads don’t qualify to move forward with, or what products or services they’re interested in. Then you can automatically sync that data with Salesforce so the appropriate team member can take action and your team can spend time on the highest value leads.

If you’re a non-profit using Hustle to meet fundraising goals and recruit volunteers for your advocacy efforts, you can use Hustle to find out which of your supporters has time to volunteer, and which supporters aren’t in a position to give more this year than last. With the Salesforce integration, it’s easy to keep that data synced with your Salesforce instance so your fundraising team knows who they should focus on moving into mid-level donor campaigns and your organizing team can staff events with enough volunteers.
