Understanding the performance of your SMS campaigns is critically important. Without the ability to dig into the nitty-gritty of what’s working and what isn’t, it’s hard to learn and evolve your use of personalized texting. Here at Hustle, we’ve been working to make it easier than ever to understand and evolve your texting campaigns, and we’re excited to share more about our newest reports!

New Reports Overview

The first change admins will notice is that the Reports section of the Hustle Admin dashboard now has a landing page where you can drill into individual reports. In addition to the Performance Overview Report, you’ll see that there are now additional reports which we’ll talk through next. As we continue to add new reports, you can find them on the overview page.

Agent Report

The first new report is the Agent Report. While the previously-existing Performance Overview Report has always been great at providing high-level understanding of how your campaigns are performing, it only allows filtering of data by Group or time period. The Agent Report provides detailed, per-agent metrics, so you can identify top performers (as well as agents who might need some help). In this new report, you can see stats such as the number of contacts to message per agent, the average number of messages sent per agent, and more. You can also see individual metrics like engagement rate and positive action rate for each agent in the organization.

Opt-out Report

We’ve also rolled out the new Opt-out Report! This is a step towards making it easier to manage and export opted-out users. This report lets you easily see how many opt-outs you’re getting over time and to filter for specific time periods. It also shows a table of individual opt-outs that you can sort, search through, or download as a CSV.

Tag Report

The third new report is the Tag Report. As you might guess, this report gives a high-level summary on how contacts are being tagged across your organization. In addition to the total number of tags, it shows how many are used or unused by agents, a chart of tag creation over time, and tables showing how many contacts have specific tags applied to them and how many tags a specific contact has been marked with. This report can provide insights into the quality of your organization’s data collection efforts and the outcomes of your campaigns.

These new reports will give your organization even greater operational visibility into how your Hustle campaigns are performing and let you drill down into agent performance, opt-outs, and tags. Of course, we’re not stopping there and are working on even more reports to help you monitor and evaluate the performance of your Hustle campaigns, so stay tuned for more.

As always, you can find more information in our help documentation.
