Get your texts OUT the door with first-come first-serve Hustle goals!

This new goal option relaxes agent-contact assignments so that agents can keep on hustling contacts until every contact has been texted.

First-come-first-serve goals offer a new option in addition to Hustle’s traditional agent-contact assignments. If you are an admin needing to rapidly launch a goal and you aren’t concerned with which agent hustles your contacts, this goal option is for you!

How does it work? When creating a goal, admins can now choose between having agents hustle their “assigned contacts” or “anyone”:

New options for creating goals and hustling faster than ever!

This new option allows admins to rapidly assign batches of 100-contacts to agents in a first-come-first served basis. Your most-available or most- motivated agents can hustle to their hearts’ content, even beyond the 1,000 contact assignment cap. Thus, if an agent forgets and doesn’t begin hustling within 60 minutes, their batch of contacts is released back into the pool to be re-allocated quickly to another on-call agent.

Admins can easily track agents’ progress as well as view additional data on overall goal performance, including total number of messages sent and unsent. Refresh your numbers easily directly from the admin panel to get the latest info as well!

Q: When should you use first come first serve?

A: Rapid Response situations with a non-predictable work force. When you have a volunteer base that you don’t know ahead of time exactly who it will be, but want people to jump in and start hustling.

A: Use regular fixed assignments to build long term fixed relationships. Ex. if you have twenty staff working in specific regions to build long term relationships.

Q: When should you use traditional agent-contact assignments?

A: Any time you plan on having agents build relationships over time with supporters, you’ll want to have specific agents hustle their assigned contacts so they keep texting from the same phone number on one message thread.
