When a tool really works for one department in an organization, other departments will want to mimic that success and implement it to achieve their own goals. But when there’s only one internal administrator of that tool, it becomes difficult to manage access and give different teams the freedom to use the tool as they please.

Does this sound familiar? You’ve seen tremendous success with one-to-one text messaging in your company, nonprofit, or institution. With an average 50% positive action rate across all your goals, other departments are knocking on your office door begging for the secret sauce to your success in reaching and activating your audience. They want to use Hustle and you want to give it to them! But in the past, rolling out Hustle to different teams was difficult.

It’s time for a new way for you to give departments access to Hustle and for you to control the role permissions, account access, contacts, and performance reporting across your entire organization.

That’s why we are proud to introduce Account Admins — the highest level of access within Hustle. With the new permissions and features within the Account Admin role, you can scale Hustle across your organization with a high-level view of all members who have access.

While enabling other teams to use Hustle to connect with their audience, Account Admins now have the power to:

Scale Hustle and Manage User Permissions with Confidence

When multiple people within an organization share access to a tool via one login and password, it’s easy to inadvertently lose track of who has access, the campaigns each team is working on, and the privacy settings.

Account Admins now can invite users to be an Admin of an Organization or Group so they have the freedom to use Hustle as they please, while still protecting the data and privacy of your organization.

Hustle customers are already using Accounts Admins to help their organization to Hustle harder. Many of which have distinct departments nationwide and have unique audience engagement goals.

One particular client uses Hustle to reach constituents for rallies and fundraising activities. After seeing tremendous success Hustling 50,000 supporters in its first month, they wanted to expand Hustle to additional affiliate locations. They used the new roles to allow affiliates to build out their individual programs by assigning an Organization Admin at each affiliate and, within those affiliates, Group Admins to create goals. This allowed one Hustle account for multiple affiliate locations as well as individual access for each affiliate. Despite many Organization and Group admins within an Account, the Account Admin has a single view of all members.

“It is a life changer for me to be able to go in [to Hustle’s Accounts Admin panel] and see all the [Organization and Group] Admins and what they connect to.”

Avoid Audience Fatigue & Remain Compliant with Opt-Out Sync

As the various departments of Hustle customers across the country use one-to-one text messages to build relationships with their audience, they are likely to have some contact list overlap. For example, a single contact may appear in multiple contact lists in the account.

In some cases, this is beneficial as an individual contact may want to receive communications from different groups or Hustle goals — for example, rallies and fundraising as well as appointment updates and reminders or sales and marketing promotions. However, when an individual is ready to opt-out of all text communications from an organization, clients can easily do so within their account settings.

When Hustle is scaled across disparate teams, especially nationwide, it could be difficult to manually keep up with opted-out contacts. That’s why the new Account Admin features includes Opt-Out Sync. By default, contacts who request to opt-out of text communications are only removed from the contact list of the goal they’re responding to but now, with a single click all contact lists can be synced to remove the individual contacts who have opted-out.

Prioritize Results with Detailed Reporting

Aggregate reporting is one of the most important tools you can use to measure the success of any strategy. There are many metrics to follow when using one-to-one text messaging to connect with your audience. Engagement rate is extremely useful to understand if text message is the best medium to build relationships. Even more important is action rate, to ensure your audience is showing up, donating, voting, or buying.

As more departments and teams within your company have adopted Hustle, it’s important to have the ability to dig in to the aggregate data on how text communication is working. With the new Performance Overview, you can now see aggregate metrics on how Hustle is performing across the entire Account, dice it up by organization, and dig in to specific date ranges.

It’s Time to Scale & Hustle Harder

With the new permissions and features within the Account Admin role, you can finally scale Hustle across your organization with ease while maintaining control over role permissions, account access, contacts lists, and performance reporting. Plus, your Organization and Group admins will have the freedom to to connect with their audience and achieve their goals.
