Investing in Education: Hustle Back to School 2020
Our education community is facing unprecedented challenges this year. As a partner to education, Hustle is committed to supporting the success of schools, students and teachers. This fall, we’re doubling down in solidarity by offering 1,000,000 free text messages to educational institutions in the United States and Canada through our Hustle Back to School impact initiative.
The mission of the program is to support schools, colleges and school districts by providing a direct line of real, actionable communication as they navigate an increasingly complicated 2020. Educational institutions and school districts are eligible for 10,000 free messages beginning September 1st, 2020. The program will run through December 31st, 2020. This is perfect for the start of the school year, GivingTuesday and End of Year giving.
With the ever-growing list of uncertainties, participants can use Hustle for the following and more;
Send information and updates about:
- Important precautionary measures about the school year.
- COVID-19 testing locations and protocols
- Social distancing adaptations to keep all students and staff safe.
Outreach to students about:
- Financial aid resources available to them as family finances may have changed in light of COVID-19
- Voting resources and campus closures on specified voting days — election year!
Outreach to alumni to:
- Aid in the institution’s student relief fund
- Register for fall virtual events
- Join your “Virtual ___ to End ___5k Event”
Athletic department outreach to:
- Provide updated information about your fall sports schedule as state policies change; ways to participate with the team
- Share how to purchase your branded sports team’s COVID-19 face mask to support student well being while representing their school
Ready to Hustle Back to School?
Both new and existing Hustle clients are eligible to sign up. Please follow the steps below if your institution would like to leverage the Hustle Back to School program.
If you are new to Hustle and would like to use the platform:
- Sign up via the Hustle Back to School form to get set up on the platform. Once you have completed the form, we will be in touch shortly with steps to get started!
If you are an existing Hustle client and would like to participate in the program:
- Sign up via the Hustle Back to School form, and we’ll follow up with additional details.
- Please note, we’ll be creating a separate Hustle organization for this initiative and provide you access to it. This is to help ensure your current contract with Hustle is non affiliated and/or affected by leveraging the Hustle back to School initiative.
