New Release Details

Admins Can Add Multiple Criteria for Goals to Target More Effectively

• Admins can now do inclusion targeting on goals with multiple tags
• Admins can now do exclusion targeting on goals with multiple tags
• Admins can now do AND targeting using custom field keys/values

• Want to target ALL contacts in a group? Leave all boxes unchecked.

Admins Can Specify Response Scripts to Maintain Consistent Messaging

• Admins will be able to set Yes/No response scripts on the admin panel
• Response scripts will work just like the goal scripts. Agents will be able to edit their own and changes made by an admin would overwrite any changes made by the agent.
• Response scripts will be tied to actions, so when an agent selects an option, an action will be recorded and vice versa.

Admins Can Now Copy Goals to Create Goals faster

• Must be enabled for an org to be available (request from Hillary or Soleil!)
• Admins can copy goals newly created after 10/10/2016
• Goals can be copied to any group visible to an admin within an organization
• The only editable fields during the copying are name and start time
• NOTE:
  *Goals will copy all targeting parameters* and apply within new group

Hustle Improvements

Reassignment

• Reassigned leads always appear at the end of workflows
• Reassigning leads to an agent now re-opens any eligible workflows

Short Code Message Matching

• Short codes now match on first word of message as opposed to the whole message like before (Now, a new contact can text your keyword to 33–888 followed by a question and the organizer can begin with a response instead of asking for more info!)
