We hope that you are feeling energized by all the increased engagement around the country. Here at Hustle, the team has been hard at work building out more features and improvements to support your work. We have some exciting progress to report and would love your feedback!

Here’s a quick recap of our latest updates:

New Goal Types

Hustle is launching a new goal type: Legislative Contact

• Mobilize your supporters to make calls to decision makers. Agents send the number & talking points to supporters who say yes. Contacts simply tap the number to make the call. Reminder workflows confirm the calls. We’ve seen very promising test runs for this impactful action!

Adding Phone Numbers and Fundraising Links to Hustle Goals

• Hustle admins creating goals can designate “Legislator Phone Number” and “Fundraising URL” to be embedded in goal scripts. Admins can also use call-to-action patch-through numbers if desired.

Now Available: MMS

Admins can now add images, infographics and GIFs to Hustle scripts (omg the possibilities)

Admin Panel Upgrade

Hustle’s admin panel is getting a nice refresh with the release of our new reporting dashboard.

• New organization performance reports displayed in the admin panel
• General upgrades and more intuitive navigation
• Easier to view and edit group admins

Goal Performance Reports for Admins!

Organization admins now have dashboard reports in Hustle.
Can you believe it? No more waiting for a PDF. Hallelujah!

• The first iteration includes: total number of contacts Hustled, reply rate, conversion rate, opt-out rate thread/conversation length and geographic distribution.
• Reports are exportable as a pdf and graph data can be downloaded as a CSV.
• Dashboard data has a slight time-delay, about 20 minutes.

Short Codes are leaving Hustle!

• We are retiring Hustle short codes in order to focus on our top-requested features such as additional integrations, expanded admin panel contact management and reporting dashboards.
