The Hustle team is back at it in 2019! We’re releasing product improvements weekly across the product. Most notably, the team has made three major improvements to the core Hustle platform in the last couple weeks.

Speedy Messages

First, we’re excited to say that we’ve dramatically increased the speed of sending initial Hustle messages on the mobile app! We’re seeing speeds increase by as much as 50%. We want Hustle to allow teams to dramatically scale the personal outreach they can do, so we’re excited to see the impact this will have on how many messages Hustle agents can send.

This change is live now for both the Hustle iPhone and Android apps, and you can expect the same improvements to the web app in the coming weeks.

Improved Script Editor UI

Second, Hustle admins will notice that our script editor UI has been refreshed to be easier to use. The new UI has a more modern, powerful look and feel. We’ve also added easy-to-navigate drawers that allow you to more easily add custom fields and emojis.

And, speaking of emojis, we’ve now added our mobile app emoji picker to our web app! Now agents using a desktop or laptop can just as easily insert an important 👍 or 🌊. We hope you’ll be inspired to use emojis more frequently, since we find contacts are 1.4x times more likely to respond to reminder messages with emojis, and 1.1x more responsive to custom scripted texts that include emojis.

First Come First Serve Enhancement

Admins have asked for more flexibility in how quickly First Come, First Serve (FCFS) messages are rerouted — and we’ve been listening. Admins can now choose to reroute FCFS responses as quickly as 5 min after the message is received, or as long as 24hrs after. This was a request many clients brought to us and we are delighted to be able to deliver this improved capability to the First Come First Serve feature.

These are only a few of the many improvements we’ve made in the past weeks. For a full rundown of our latest releases, check out our release notes. We’ll continue to release improvements weekly, so stay tuned for more!
