Hu:toma wants to make itself available wherever our clients are chatting with their users, leads, investors, friends, long lost lovers….. mainly users & leads.

For most companies the majority of traffic still arrives on their website or within their product itself, which means over recent years companies have made chat interfaces available on both. Leads & users alike can chat with a team member, asking questions about pricing, how to do X, Y doesn’t work and how does I fix it. Before you know it you’re hiring staff specifically to answer user queries, yet a high percentage of such questions can be predicted and have been answered before…
