Friday Periodical #3: Round-up
Happy Friday auditors!
In this edition of our Friday Periodical, we’re going to recap all the major happenings with Hyacinth since the beginning of the year! It’s been a big year for us so far, so let’s take a second and appreciate what we’ve accomplished so far in Q1.
First and foremost, we’d like to acknowledge our newest partnership with Movement Labs! Movement is a network of Move-based blockchains designed to pair smart contract security and parallelization with EVM liquidity and user bases. The new M2 is the first MEVM (Move + EVM) ZK Layer 2 on Ethereum and it is powered by Celestia which natively brings the MoveVM to Ethereum. This partnership will bring faster, more affordable, high quality EVM audits to the Movement Ecosystem and we’re very excited to work with any new projects that are being built. Be on the lookout for Move audits being posted on our Bounty Board soon!
Beyond this new partnership, we’ve also had two major audit reports completed. These audit reports were for Vector Reserve and Arrow Markets. The first audit report, Vector Reserve, was completed at the end of January. During the audit, there were five low risk threats found and resolved by George Hunter, the solo auditor tasked with this audit. You can read George’s audit report here!
Following the Vector Reserve audit, the Arrow Markets audit was completed by 0xWeiss, one of the top auditors on our platform. Weiss found and resolved at least seven high risk vulnerabilities. This speaks to the quality and thoroughness of the auditors on Hyacinth. Very impressive work by both George and Weiss!
Beyond these two completed audits, a bounty was posted this week for CEDEN Network. CEDEN has interviewed applicants and the two auditors they chose have just begun auditing their code! You can expect to see that completed audit report soon!
Moving beyond audits, we’ve reached a big social media milestone. After nearly a year, our Twitter account has finally reached 1000 followers! Thank you everyone who has followed us so far, and we’re excited to share our journey with you all as we make auditing more accessible to everyone. Be sure to follow there if you haven’t already to join the quickly growing Hyacinth Audits community and keep up with all of our future updates.
Finally, lest we forget, we have begun releasing bi-weekly periodicals on our Medium (one of which you are reading right now!).
