Track pending transactions

This week’s feature gives you more insight into what is happening on the blockchain. It enables you to keep track of your pending transactions. After transactions have been pushed to the chain it may take some time for them to be confirmed. Some ledgers do not return this information for some time, while the transaction is still in a part of the network called the mempool.

Our wallet now tracks these transactions as soon as you have clicked on Send, and updates you as soon as they’ve completed or if they have failed.

Having this data in your wallet further enhances your experience. We do not keep track of your data, so this feature is meant only for you! In short, showing the pending transactions in your history overview and presenting them before you send a new transaction keeps you on top of what is going on, and helps you to prevent spending to the same address twice.
