Top 3 NPCs most welcomed by players appearing in “Shadowbringers”
A favourite NPCs poll was held in August in a Japanese online platform, Blog Ranking, about those NPCs showing up in expansion 5.0 “Shadowbringers” of FFXIV. Let’s check the results and see if their choices fit your ranking for your favourite characters!
№ 3: Ardbert (1360 votes)
Ardbert firstly appeared in expansion 3.0, telling us he desired to find a way to save his hometown, The First, suffering The Flood of Light. In Shadowbringers we knew much more sad stories behind him and his partners. He accompanied us in a form of soul and finally sacrificed himself to help us defeat the last boss.
№ 2: The Crystal Exarch (2213 votes)
The Crystal Exarch provided us with huge support to deal with the Flood of Light. At last, we found out that he was G’raha Tia, an old friend of ours, traveling beyond time and space to protect us from the future of the Eighth Umbral Calamity when we would die. “In order to save that one, I never mind saving a world.”
