Hydra DAO Marketing Proposal for $34,000 per Month!
👨👩👧👦 We are happy to share the first marketing proposal on the Hydra DAO with you!
“When marketing” has been a persistent question in the Hydra community and probably in pretty much every project in the crypto space. Our team has always strived for a responsible and balanced approach, putting product quality first and only engaging in marketing expenditures when there was a clear objective to achieve.
Now that the HydraGon project is approved and in active development, we see such an opportunity. Especially when coupled with the Prometheus project (another proposal that can be found on the DAO forum and will be the focus point of the next article).
HydraGon marks a huge leap forward in terms of user experience and value proposition of the entire ecosystem, while Prometheus envisions infinite scalability with enhanced flexibility.
Our team believes that the combination of the two major items is worth a dedicated multi-month marketing campaign and serves as a perfect opportunity to test the DAO framework.

Summary of the proposal:
- Allocating a $34,000 monthly budget to marketing activities
- Starting a trial phase with 3 selected agencies (details attached in the proposal)
- Defining KPIs and prolonging campaigns only with the agencies that performed well
- Requesting a report from all agencies at the end of the first trial month
- Marketing content to be focused on HydraGon and Project Prometheus
Most importantly, the proposal comes as a framework within which changes and optimizations can be made based on newly collected data.
