We paid close attention to the problems, challenges, as well as opportunities, present in our industry and, have kept the entire focus on working on challenging these problems and opportunities.
HYDRA 2.0 consolidates work from multiple teams and team members with various engineering and economic skills and aims to consolidate the output as a single composable system that unleashes unique and intricate ways for liquidity and economy to flow.
The new meaning of HYDRA represents a process of learning and building on top of previously gained knowledge as well as the hard work of other peers in our industry.
It is ambitious as it challenges some problems that remain unresolved in what now is a multi-trillion dollar industry while making no compromises in terms of the principal philosophy of decentralization, security and permissionless design.

HYDRA 2.0 is the collective representation of the work that we have been putting behind the scenes for a considerable amount of time and is an effort to put the project into the very epicenter of the industry with all opportunities that it brings.
It will be rolled out in a series of different deployments, ranging from Layer 1 protocol upgrades to composable DeFi smart contracts. Jus thinking that we’ve come to this point is amazing, and our team is incredible grateful for the opportunity to have had this continuous learning experience.
Many of the projects involved in the upgrade have been initiated a long time ago and were subject to extensive design work.

Our determination for pursuing every single aspect of that plan is very high and our motivation is higher than ever. Progress on many of the tasks has already begun with some tasks being in an advanced stage.
