The Hydro team provides updates on Hydrogen’s blockchain and decentralization efforts, including the Hydro API and Hydro smart contracts.

Sorry we missed last week! Dev update or not we have been working on some pretty sweet stuff. We have still been very focused on ERC1484 and Snowflake development. Over the last two weeks,

and I have implemented two integrations into ERC1484. These are ERC1056 and ERC725. This allows for any Snowflake user to seamlessly link in their 1056 and 725 digital identities and have them linked back to their Ethereum Identification Number (or EIN).

Alongside this, we have made serious progress in porting over Snowflake to allow for it to be in line with our new ERC1484 standard. At this point, we have a baseline working version of Snowflake under the new standard, but we will need to spend more time revising and updating everything to make sure that it is working perfectly.

Last and most certainly not least, Noah and I have been writing a ton of tests. Just last evening, Noah finalized the last few tests and we are officially at 100% test coverage for ERC1484! We feel that this is a crucial step for the proposal. We want to make sure that everything we have written and is proposing is airtight in both usefulness and security. Going forward you can expect to see us maintain this 100% code coverage as we develop new features and add more examples to the repository.

That's all I’ve got for this update. I know we have had a lot of updates about ERC1484, but it is a huge endeavor and has been most of what we have been thinking about for nearly a month. I think next week you might get a little more variety!

We’d love to hear from you! Please get in touch via Discord, Reddit, or Telegram.
