We would like to introduce the world to Quark, the new intelligent assistant on the Hydrogen website.
Quark’s Origin
Quark was born in the Triangulum Galaxy.
His journey to the Milky Way remains a mystery, but he now lives alone, on Roosevelt Island, where he tends his herb garden and plays with his pet iguana.
He enjoys an unripened cheese as a snack, and the occasional hot toddy in the cold New York winters. When not answering chats, he can be found in front of the tv watching American Gladiators and Press Your Luck re-runs.

New Tools
Hydrogen is dedicated to adding new tools to the toolkit in 2019. This includes more out of the box widgets and apps that our clients can use, more data and third-party API integrations, and more tools for developers.
The introduction of Quark coincides with the rollout of our new partner chat system, which will be available during Hydrogen HQ business hours (9am-6 pm, M-F). Quark will ask all potential partners some questions and then introduce them to a human member of the team to set up a further technical discussion.
