Strategy for a digital world
Session #4 started off with a “Check-In” + personal weather report, followed by a reflection from the previous week.
There were some great reflections around Product vs. Meaning and the ‘Organisational challenges’ faced by some of the group members.
Mads had a nice concept:
Reverse Mentor: where a Senior Exec / Founder / Manager etc. is paired with someone younger in order for them to better understand the challenges, technology, approach and mind-shift of younger generations.
