Earlier this year, we announced our collaboration with Cryptopia Group. Renowned as one of the most sophisticated and influential crypto communities worldwide, Cryptopia Group has demonstrated an in-depth understanding of the expansive vision of HyperCycle and the SingularityNET Ecosystem. This partnership has since thrived, with the Cryptopia team and its community staunchly supporting HyperCycle, especially in node operations.
Today, Cryptopia stands as one of the world’s premier holders of AI computation nodes owning 21,000+ nodes, and will be instrumental in propelling HyperCycle’s progress by participating in the beta testing phase over the next 18 months.
In order to widen participation in the AI computation revolution and make our network more accessible, HyperCycle is initiating a Node Distributor Program. This strategic move decentralizes the distribution of node licenses, empowering more individuals and organizations to become part of the HyperCycle network.
Distributors, such as Cryptopia Group, bring a host of advantages to the HyperCycle community. Their crypto-savvy user base, combined with technical and customer support capabilities, will enable a smooth and widespread adoption of HyperCycle node operation. They also provide affordable access to individuals and smaller entities who may find the direct purchase of masternodes from HyperCycle challenging. Additionally, distributors play a vital role in beta testing, contributing to the improvement of our network’s robustness and efficiency.
We are thrilled to declare Cryptopia as an official distributor of HyperCycle AI computation node licenses. By empowering distributors to offer individual node licenses, we facilitate wider participation in the HyperCycle network, adding an additional layer of resilience and decentralization to our ecosystem. Cryptopia Group, as the inaugural member of our Node Distributor Program, sets a high standard for future participants.
In the words of HyperCycle’s CEO, “Until now, we have only made ‘masternodes’ — bundles of 512 individual node licenses — available for direct purchase from HyperCycle. Our collaboration with Cryptopia is significant in providing retail buyers with more affordable access.”
Cryptopia is concurrently developing a fully managed node running service. This initiative will enable users to delegate their nodes and HyPC tokens to earn rewards from providing AI computational services, eliminating the complexity of hardware operation and overall management. Furthermore, this service allows node and token owners to participate in the 18-month beta testing phase.
Licenses will be issued as NFTs on the Cardano blockchain, offering flexibility to participate in the beta testing program, retain as an asset, or make operational post-mainnet launch. Cryptopia will conduct regular tranche-based sales for nodes, with licenses priced at $96 each.
