Asia Blockchain Summit report
Greetings!
As you already know from the previous announcement, Asia Blockchain Summit took place in Taipei city, 2–3 July. We were glad to attend this prominent event, which played host to a large number of blockchain and crypto industry experts.
These days were full of fascinating presentations, lively discussions, great after-parties and super effective networking! What is more, Taipei city itself added more impressions by its unforgettable atmosphere.
The networking started even before the Conference began. ABS Conference pre-party hosted by Contentos project in W Taipei hotel brought together a variety of projects representatives from different parts of the world, creating a super friendly environment.
The event continued in such a perfect way as it started. During the conference plenty of speakers covered the most topical issues of the industry and shared the insights featuring current and upcoming trends in crypto world. Among the speakers there were Arthur Hayes (BitMex Co-founder and CEO), Justin Sun (Tron Founder and CEO), Changpeng Zhao (Binance Founder and CEO), Tien-Mu Huang (Financial Supervisory Commission Vice Chairperson), Tien-Mu Huang (Financial Supervisory Commission Vice Chairperson), Jason Hsu (Member of Parliament Legislator & Crypto Congressman,Taiwan) and many more.
Furthermore, during the Summit various meetups were held. For instance, Quant-trading Meetup that brought the brightest minds together to discuss the latest quant-technologies and ongoing tendencies in the industry.
Andrew Fai, HyperQuant Advisor, Obito company Founder and CEO, was an organizer of the Summit. He gave a speech at the Conference and Binance Super Meetup with CZ, the largest Binance meetup ever!
After the meetup it was a pleasure to discuss the project development issues with Andrew Fai face-to-face in the informal environment.
The Summit also provided the participants with an exhibition to get known with the participants’ projects, ask the questions and even test some of their products, discovering potential ways of mutual improvements and cooperation.
And, of course, after-parties held after the Summit were impressive! BitMex 10k Official afterparty was a great event to share the impressions, discuss the topics arised and continue working on possible partnerships and just having a good time!

Thus, during the summit we managed to establish the contacts and discuss the future collaboration with a wide range of the industry experts, including exchanges leaders, developers, consultants, representatives of innovative projects and mass media.
What is more, we managed to fall in love with Taipei, so colorful and at the same time modern and dynamic city. It struck us by its special atmosphere, by gorgeous architecture. For instance, by colourful temples:

…by hospitable people who definitely contributed to the desire to come back to Taipei, by the citizens’ love for pandas, which you can suddenly meet in the streets:
