While I’m still not sold on the episode title the episode content touches on a subject near and dear to my heart, productivity and efficiency. There is so much waste in time and general inefficiency in the way most of us engage in work. At the end of the day we come home and complain about not having accomplished anything, but how many of us actually introspect on why this might be and how many of us then take the next step to work with their teams to find better and more effective ways of working together.

Spoiler alert — we think it’s a low percentage, we base that on essentially no data.
