On December 6th, i-House Ricky Ng, founder and chairman, joined the IHT kakaoTalk community to discuss the project’s progress and future plans.

In case you missed our AMA session today, don’t worry we have you covered. Here are the following questions from our investors during the livestream.

i-House.com has a very good business model and a solid foundation. However, if investors buy IHT, what are the benefits to hold IHT? Except getting the airdrop, what else can investors get? When the ATO project is launched, does the developer need to buy IHT Token?

Currently, holders of IHT Token may receive preferential treatment for the service fees incurred during the development of the ATO projects, such as the coinburn and buyback.

In the long run, we hope to provide more channels in hotels, hostels, and commercial industry where IHT consumption can be used. In addition, i-House has built a blockchain tokenization ecosystem, so IHT is easier to use.

Regarding to the ATO project, how does i-House ensure real estate business developers’ interests and benefits?

Real estate is a huge market, and we are trying to cut into the ATO through legal compliance in a simple departmental approach. In the long run, we focus on STO projects and exchanges, and we are committed to the circulation of these projects in the ecosystem.

The cryptocurrency industry has a negative feedback due to the declining market prices. Why does real estate need to be tokenized?

As far as I know, ETH and BTC have fallen a lot in the past few months. However, ATOs and STOs are related to the right of use of real estate and membership rights which are relatively independent compared to the other tokens. Therefore, it needs to takes time to let new customers and real estate developers have confidence in the market.

When will the IHT exchange be launched? Also, when will we be able to trade ATO projects?

i-House.com is currently focused on ATOs, the development of STO projects, raising funds, and helping real estate developers provide blockchain technology services.

In the long run, we are going to launch a new version of the platform that allows individuals or small-scale brokers to simply trade real estate. For the exchange part, we have already reached a strategic cooperation with the exchange, and that will become an important part of our blockchain ecology. Currently, it has been promoted for several months, so I will inform our investors about the exchange.

Currently i-House.com only focuses on commercial real estate. I am very curious, are you interested in private real estate in the future? Is there a specific plan?

All relevant information will be updated in the community later. As I mentioned before, our current entry point for the ATOs are the commercial real estate market to achieve the goals of businesses. However, in the future we will consider cooperation with individuals and private real estate.

Can you briefly explain the contents of Proptech and the future of Proptech.

“Proptech” is a broad term that encompasses the application of information technology and platform economics to real estate. The technology will continue to stimulate and develop the real estate sector.

i-House also combines new blockchain technology with the real estate sector to enrich the real estate sector’s development.

Will i-House.com sign a cooperation contract with a Korean Proptech company? Are you also in contact with a well-known securities company?

Currently, we have received various consultations and held related meetings with many real estate companies in Korea. We will continue to update the news about the cooperation.

Please share the progress of the current ATO project.

Now we have completed the ATO1.0 project. We will focus on the development of ATO 2.0 and STO projects and help these projects go online on the exchange within our ecosystem.

Is there a specific plan for the STO project? I want to know the latest developments of the STO Lab.

The STO project is currently underway. The role of the STO Lab is to help incubate STO projects. The relevant good news will be announced in a near future.
