The i-House.com Team Visits London; Pushes for the Tokenization of Europe’s Real Estate

On October 15th, i-House.com held an event dubbed “Tokenize the Future” at Canary Wharf’s Level 39 in the financial district of London. The event attracted around 200 participants from the real estate, blockchain and other finance-related fields. i-House.com Chairman and Founder Ricky Ng was present for the ribbon-cutting ceremony for i-House.com Europe and introduced the i-House ATO business model.

i-House.com’s Europe’s head director Robin Luo gave a keynote address at the event. The following were in attendance of the Tokenize the Future event: UK government’s London & Partners domestic investment representative Bob Doyle, our partner Dr.Ricardo Schäfer who is focused on real estate and finance investment, London’s UK Proptech Association representative Mat Colmer, UK Property Weekly’s co-founder and CEO Daisy Zhou, the co-founder of the real estate blockchain firm Leaseum Partners Lior Abehassera and the co-founder of the China-UK Blockchain Association Yuet Zou.

Although in the short-term the UK real estate investment market is sure to have some changes in accordance with the UK’s exit from the EU, these changes haven’t affected the real estate markets’ long-term vitality. The UK economy has not performed weakly as was expected before, and not long ago investor Warren Buffet came to the UK to invest in real estate. The real estate market in the UK has once again become a new investment hotspot. “Today globally, no matter if it is the stock market or digital currencies, both have been trending downward,” said i-House.com Europe Director Robin Luo. “Before the capital downturn was upon us, we were able to increase asset circulation and capture some optimal projects and opportunities with the i-House ATO model. We feel that i-House.com will be able to build up our team here in the European market and gradually become profitable.”

“We believe that i-House.com’s presence in London will enable us to speed up our penetration throughout the European real estate market,” said i-House.com Chairman and Founder Ricky Ng. “We also strongly feel that the European market will have a large demand for market share and corresponding tokenized companies, where challenges and opportunities will coexist.”

Our partner, Dr.Ricardo Schäfer, who is focused on real estate financial investment, stated in his speech that real estate fintech investments were more stable than other industries “and now we have something concrete to hold on to.” In the future, Dr. Schäfer will continue to strengthen his cooperation with i-House.com. London’s UK Proptech Association representative Mat Colmer said, “real estate fintech in the future will have more imaginative space and better prospects.”

In the second panel of the event, Ricky Ngalong with the UK government’s London & Partners domestic investment representative Bob Doyle, UK Property Weekly’s co-founder and CEO Daisy Zhou, co-founder of real estate blockchain firm Leaseum Patners Lior Abehassera and the co-founder of the China-UK Blockchain Association and GTEX Yuet Zou all sat down to give their thoughts on the theme ‘Tokenize the Future” and what it means for Europe.

With the prospect of future assets being tokenized Ricky Ng used the example of how the airplanes in the sky and trains on the ground could also become tokenized, this is the direction that i-House ATO is heading toward for future asset tokenization. “In today’s bear market of digital currencies, ATO and STO are great models and are a very fresh way to circulate assets,” Said Co-Founder of the China-UK Blockchain Association Yuet Zou.
