An early bird on Medium

Not early enough, though

When first I’ve heard about Medium I thought it will be great. It’s been made by Twitter who bought the entire Posterous team to make this a fantastic product. I was planning to move here after the closure of Pesterous.

Back then there was plenty of time to make it happen until the end of April—the end of Posterous service. So I have waited. And waited. The snow has been melted, the trees were burgeoning, the birds were singing but there was no sing of public usage of Medium.

In the last two weeks of April I’ve decided to move my blogs to Wordpress.com. I had successfully completed the migration and live happily with the service.

Finally yesterday, after a month of Wordpress usage I have received my invitation to Medium.

Now I’m here but I don’t know what to do. I don’t think I’ll move my blog posts here because it looks like they are up to something new here—and there aren’t any acceptable way of importing yet.

So I’m going to wait. Se how it evolves, where it goes. I’m making a side project, one of my old ideas: blogging in English. I’m not a day-to-day English speaker nor writer. There’s a room for improvement. Hopefully now there’s a place and a reason too.
