The story is ongoing, but people have died. That’s the most important thing.

With Social Media now, you can see it in real-time. A Vine video of the very moment it all happened, pictures from the scene with the blood of the victims still on the ground.

Could this be too much detail and a severe lack of respect or is just a case of not hiding the bloody reality you usually get it the sensitised News coverage? It’s also a great way to get new followers and friends. RT this picture for respect. Like if you are against Terror, One like equals one prayer. #teamfollowback

People can also engage in wild speculation while they wait for the 24 News Media to bring some actual real information. How many have died, how many are injured? You need figures now. The higher, the better. Also the most important question “Who is to blame?”. You don’t even have to wait for opportunistic politicians or journalist to do so on your behalf. You can choose your own target.

Don’t like the President, well don’t wait for cold hard facts, just write a tweet blaming him. #THANKSOBAMA. Or if the President isn’t your favourite target, why not blame the Tea Baggers. The really unimaginative types can just blame those scary brown middle east terrorist figures. It doesn’t matter if they are really to blame, they are real enemy, anyway.

It’s a time like this that prove that your beliefs are correct. You should make a post saying “If only people listened to you in the first place. This would never have happened”. That’s the most important thing. Oh, also some people died.
